ACCOMMODATIONS
Each room is equipped with a hair dryer and a plentiful supply of toiletries. You’ll receive a white cotton robe for lounging and wearing on the way to your daily appointments at the Wellness Centre.
All rooms are air conditioned, with direct dial telephone, voice mail facility, iPod docking stations, a clock radio, in-room safe, private bath or shower and razor ports. All rooms have dual 110/220 voltage and a selection of high quality pillows you can order from our pillow menu.
The Garden Rooms: these are perfect for single travellers. They are generously proportioned and fabulously furnished with Pulaski Collection furniture and a queen size, four-poster bed. Every Garden Room has a garden view. These rooms are also ideal for teenagers whose parents are in residence. The Garden Room like all rooms feature complimentary wireless internet access in addition to wired internet ports.
The Luxury Ocean View Room: this room is located in our elevated four-storey building. Each room has a four-poster, mahogany king size bed or two queen beds. The room also has a mahogany-top writing desk, an armchair and chaise lounge. The bathroom has a granite vanity with one sink and a Kohler Body all-over jet shower. French doors open to a balcony or terrace that is furnished with wicker armchairs and a dining table.
The Luxury Ocean Front Room: this room is located adjacent to the sea, you can hear the sea breaking in front of your balcony. The room is decorated with luxurious furnishings, an iPod docking station and a leather, mahogany-top, writing desk. The bedroom is furnished with a mahogany king size four-poster bed. A contemporary natural bathroom features two blue glass sinks perched on a travertine vanity next to a Kohler Body all-over jet shower. This over-sized bathroom also houses a vanity table.
The Grand Luxury Ocean Front: this room is located in our four-storey building with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea, this room is richly furnished with mahogany and a dramatic king size, four-poster bed. There’s a mini fridge, a fabulous large marbled bathroom with bath and shower, marble make-up vanity unit, separate marble sink vanity and a generous balcony dressed with patio furniture, overlooking the Caribbean.
Grand Luxury Ocean Front Junior Suite: this suite is one of the most beautiful at our luxurious St Lucia resort. The suite is furnished as the Grand Luxury Ocean Front Room but with the added luxury of a comfortable and beautifully furnished sitting room area.
The Grand Luxury Ocean Front Suite: this suite is located on the top floor of our two-storey building adjacent to the sea. It has two separate rooms – a bedroom and living room that are divided by a double door. Each suite has marble floors throughout and is dressed with a wet bar, iPod docking station and a CD player. The double-sized balcony is furnished with loungers and a table.

At the BodyHoliday resort we have tried to capture everything that our island paradise can offer and we have laid on a variety of activities and sports for you. On top of this we have a fantastic team of instructors to help you learn or improve.
For the exercise enthusiast, it is recommended that you bring your favourite exercise clothing and footwear. Proper footwear is recommended for all activities including cycling, walking, jogging, aerobics, stretch classes and yoga.

The Clubhouse - Whether you need a drink, afternoon tea, a great evening meal or fancy taking in a night-time show, The Clubhouse is always at the centre of the action.
Cariblue Restaurant - From breakfast right through to dinner, the Cariblue restaurant is set right on the beach so you can experience great food and a great location.
The Deli - If you fancy something lighter or simpler to eat, then our Deli can offer you everything from a mid-morning coffee to a salad or a sandwich.
The Piano Bar - Order your favourite drink, try a new cocktail, meet some friends and then sit back and let The BodyHoliday’s resident pianist entertain you.
