About Us

Our in-house staff of twenty (22) consists of nine (9) full-time Reservation Officers, two (2) Sales Representatives, three (3) Tour Co-ordinators, six (6) Accounts Personnel, a Secretary and an Office Assistant. The combined professional staff at HAYGEM has a total of over 95 years experience in the travel industry.


Since 1993, a mere 2 years after inception, we have been the recipient of annual awards from BWIA, American Airlines, LIAT, Caribbean Star, United Airlines (when they operated in Trinidad) Hertz and Dollar Rent-A-Car for outstanding Sales Performance. These awards are granted to the Top 10 Travel Agents and we have worked very hard to maintain our place within the Top 5 over the last 5 years. In 1998 & 2003, we were LIAT’s #1 Sales Performer, breaking a record with that airline for being the first local Agency to ever achieve sales of over one million TT dollars on both occasions.


At HAYGEM, our primary goal is to provide a high quality of excellent and efficient service to all our clients. To this end we are fully computerised with reference to accessing airline, cruise line, hotel and car rental information. Our office is equipped with the SABRE & AMADEUS Airline Reservation Systems enabling us to secure, at all times, the best possible airfares to any part of the world. Generally, over 90% of our business is of a corporate nature and, as a result, our staff is trained to facilitate this particular clientele in order to provide the best possible service to all concerned.
